• Payment Terms: All payments, deposits, and billing are handled directly between HMI Contractors and the client, outside of this website, and are governed exclusively by your signed service agreement.

5. Warranties & Workmanship

All warranty terms regarding labor and materials are outlined in your signed agreement with HMI Contractors. Manufacturer warranties on materials or products are governed by the manufacturer, not by HMI Contractors.

6. Intellectual Property & Project Photography

All content on this website — including text, photographs, project portfolio images, and logos — is the property of HMI Contractors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

From time to time, HMI Contractors may photograph completed projects and feature them, along with client testimonials, in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your project or testimonial featured, please let us know in writing and we will honor that request.
